I, too, have been a victim of WLI*travelvalues and WLI*buyerassurance. Looks like they go by other names and #'s, but it's the same company.

For 7 months they have been taking $12.00 out of my account. Know I'm nuts, but, do my account balance over the phone, never looking at my statements (figured the charges were bank fees). By a fluke I checked this months statement, went back to others, what a shock!

I called the 1-888-688-5995 number and talked to Lauren who told me I had signed on with them by an agreement with Classmates.com. I did enroll with Classmates but declined any offers for other services. She wondered how I had gotten that number since she didn't really handle that stuff. (She/they can).

To make a long story short, after much deliberation (they were only going to give me back this months'), I had her cancel, got confirmation # to credit my account, an apology.

This is a "HUGE" problem for all of us. Buyer Beware! Don't back down!
