Ipoff Unauthorized CC Charges, Claim Chgs Were Authorized By Me Via Classmates.com SCAM! I never signed up for homeworksplus.com and never rec'd any benefits while fraudulantly enrolled

I checked my credit card statement to find a charge from AP9*homeworksplus in the amount of $9.95. I checked some previous statements and discovered I was also billed for this last month.

I never signed up with them. I have NEVER rec'd anything from them (via email or us postal mail) with the supposed "Savings Offers" I was unable to find any specifics online.

I called and they quickly agreed to cancel my account and to credit me 1 month back. I told them that was unacceptable as i never signed up for the service. I was then transferred to a supervisor.

Initailly she told me I could only get 1 month back because I had signed up for their service thru classmates.com. NOT!!! I signed up for classmates but that was it! Period! I informed her that I wanted not only my account canccelled but both months charges refunded as I never signed up for the program and I was being fraudulantly billed for something I never even rec'd. She agreed to cancel the account and to refund both months worth of charges. You can bet I will be watching my cc like a hawk now. Is this a commom practice with classmates.com?
