Sandals requested and taken care of online 9th March; debited from consideration February 11th; advantages sent February 15th but container available and vacant. Advantages documented scenario for their Hq. Client (child) also documented by telephone and mail same-day.organization have since had four further telephone calls and two emails (no reaction to latter). Telephone calls ineffective. Customer support advisors (alleged) maintain stating that the internal analysis needs to be achieved which 10 times are needed for this-but they'll move a study to a different division. They WOn't move the phone call for this division. They've had the five times. They don't understand where the top office is really we can not publish for them. They WOn't deliver another footwear or create a return. The corporation is very unreliable and unprofessional.
