1) Requested a Netbook about the 28th Dec (Lenovo S10-2)
2) Delivered via UPS on 29th December
3) Dropped by UPS (taken probably within community) and formally acknowledged about the fifth January
4) Microsoft shop doesn't understand how to manage shipping conditions at-all (t... Ust verify there FAQ's). It got 3 emails and 3 telephone calls simply to encourage them to seek advice from advantages
Advantages (8th Jan).
5) UPS acknowledged and authorized the missing state about the 15th Jan.
6) to date been another 3 calls with no furhter improvement... Same reaction each time... Please wait 1 to 8 business days for anyone to contact you...
It's been 30 days allready and that I still havent got everywhere.
Easily might have choosen zero stars I'd did.
