I ordered a computer by phone, the sales person did not said nothing about warranty and the computer specifications.

I recieved the computer with an invoice and with a new phone number were complaint, (The company only use two numbers one to sale and the other number to customer service.

Since 01/10/10 I still calling to the customer service number they only receive messages it looks like a fraud. The computer is unusable.
