Stoled money from my bank account from over a year, Refuses to return money

Clearwire has been stealing money from my bank account for over a year, and refuses to return my money. Cancelled my clearwire service on 10/30. Sent modem back and clearwire recieved it on 11/11. This is information they told me over the phone today (1/4). Clearwire has be been taking (stealing) money from my bank account since 11 until 12. My bank caught this a few weeks ago. I called clearwire, at first the rep. Promised a full refund. I waited nothing showed up.

I called them today (1/4). Theystoled close to $600 from my bank account. Today they said because of compamy policy they can only return one month worth.

If there are any lawyers out who would help me sue. I have all the proof you would need to win the case.
