Third-Party Shipping Costs Raised 9.50 Candy Bar to 17.50

As I made an order from Amazon that included Third-Party Merchants, Amazon displayed to me at the time of purchase the costs including no shipping costs.
Later when I started to receive email acknowledgements the Third-Party Shipping Costs started to build up such as Figgs for a 9.50 candy bar I paid 17.50 which included 1.44 in taxes and 6.95 in shipping costs. Then Lands End sent theirs. Needless to say Amazon's statement is Oh well. My statement is Never Again.
