They find people off of Craig's List and On Force, and pay them $30 / hr and they dont respect them. These people are only contractors who are being scammed JUST as much as the customer.

Look at this - they even send crooks to YOUR HOUSE.

"Customer takes time off to meet with Tech Support Agent from Geek Choice. TSA says he'll have to take the hard drive in to the office for replacement. When TSA fails to appear with replacement, customer discovers Geek Choice never performed a background check on TSA and he's a known criminal. Geek Choice now refuses to reimburse for the theft. WTF!"

They also don't care about the service they provide. They do not have as many locations in the United States as they claim.
