I put an order for Christmas Presents from Kohl.com. I still hadnot obtained my order 14 days later and so I recorded onto my consideration and followed the purchase. It stated that advantages sent the purchase to my back-porch on November 21. I named Kohl.com to ask how they'd prefer to solve this matter plus they basically said it's not their issue. It's advantages issue therefore all-they might do is matter me a brand new order and cost me for this therefore replicating the cost plus they might released a tracer about the initial purchase. They explained when I acquired the very first purchase I really could take it back and that's how I'd be receiving my reimbursement. I'm just livid. That is terrible customer support.
