I called tech-support at 6:11pm (PST) since my wireless modem wasn't functioning. They'd to move me to "instant" techsupport. There I had been informed they were experiencing a higher amount of calls, got my telephone number and might contact me in 10-15 minutes. I acquired a courtesy phone at 8:09pm (PST), nearly two hours later. It wasnot a phone to assist me, it was a phone to determine if my issue was solved. No, it was not. No body actually named me back again to repair it! I inquired where she was calling from? It had been no real surprise in my experience when she stated that it had been South India. Outsourcing is among the main good reasons for the problem our nation is in today. Thanks Comcast for adding to the death of the united states

PS. I'm a who depends on my web connection to complete my study and publish my research online, and promptly! Yes, this upsets me greatly. I really like my nation also it eliminates me to determine it being ruined by businesses like Comcast who outsource to overseas nations.
