Horrible quality merchandise and terrible customer service

My spouse purchased a $200 wooden container from their store that arrived incomplete and unassembled. It had been made from the least expensive flimsiest timber you'll find so when I had been building it using their terrible instructions the garbage timber split after I tightened the mess. I reported for them and first they stated they'd deliver a brand new container however delivered merely a piece, that was THE INCORRECT ITEM. They bothered me to deliver the damaged piece back or they'd cost me for that alternative item. Terrible quality product and horrible customer support.
