Poor Quality Terrible Customer Service

We bought 2 leather couches which were displayed as 100% leather. Clearly this isn't true-as the leather is separating in the support and seems horrible with just reasonable use. We approached the shop and customer support stated "Too poor, nothing we are able to do. They don't create leather-like they employ to."
