Toughest customer support I've actually handled. They delivered to the incorrect handle (that we hadn't supplied). After I did not get the item they declined to return my cash or deliver me a brand new product. Each time I named they explained to call-back in a few days to check on the position. Such terrible customer support that despite the fact that I preferred the merchandise I'll be buying new program due to their terrible business training.
