James Danielson free start up kit for the cost of ship/handling @ 4.95... Have since been charged 39.95 twice on my credit card. Rcvd 2 refill packs but have not rcvd the actual start-up kit

I ordered a start-up kit for electronic cigs off of a Facebook ad. It stated that I would be charged 4.95 for shipping and handling only. I never received the actual cigarette starter but received 2 refill packs. My card has already been charged 39.95 twice and I have sent them notification to dispute the charges and when they are off my bill I will send the refill packs back to the address shown in Arizona. I tried calling the number shown and also tried to contact the email address. No go.

I have instructed my card company to deny any and all charges from this company.
