I bought regal cig start kit for $4.95 on 5/12 from online advertising, online and paper didn't mention anything about auto shipping and extra charged, but I was charged another $119.95 on 5/26 for the start kid, I called to cancel the account twice, then still get the refill comming, charged another $69.90. I called again to return, they told me that I have to pay the 20% restocking fee and shipping fee, can only return the refill. $ 4.95 start kit of Regal cig cost me extra $ 189.95, this is a big scam and big cheater.
