I call-in about continuing criticism with dvr and web issues then awaken and cable net are along for that count. And so I call-in plus they abandon me on-hold when I keep in touch with somebody there informing me to complete actions I've previously completed. Then when I request a specialist they cannot gaurantee anything-but informs me everywhere from 24 to 72 hours if fortunate I stated is that this what I purchase and also the woman claims I purchase the assistance not help. Uverse may be the worst organization I've ever handled
