Vipwebpassport.com / Recurring charge to my checking account without authorization

This company uses sneaky business tactics to steal money from people. They are an online website vendor and they sneak subscriptions to their websites "http://vipwebpassport.com/" in with another website that you are intending to subscribe to. There is no email notification of subscription. The only way you will ever know that you are subscribed to their website is when you notice it on your Bank Account or Credit Card receipt. When I realized that my checking account had been charged I went to http://vipwebpassport.com / to cancel the supposed membership that I have no record of in my email. I type in my standard user name and password that i use for things that don't matter and it doesn't find my account in their system. So I email them and then they actually send me the information and the user name and password are the same as the one i just tried. So basically you won't find an account in their system unless you email them and they flip a switch so that it shows up. What they do would be the equivalent of me standing behind you at the convenience store and sneaking a product in with your groceries which does not show up on the receipt. A few months or a year down the road you realize my product was a recurring charge on your checking account or credit card for 39.95 every month.
