Charged my card with no authorization. I have not signed up to download music! New York

Checking my bank account online this AM, I discovered that my account had been charge $9.99 by emusic.com and it listed a phone number in New York. I called with no results, consistently being told right off the bat that if I wanted to cancel my account by email, go here, by phone, go here blah, blah, blah.

Going to the website they kept saying enter the email address and password associated with my account or enter the last 8 digits of the credit card charged and so on.

I think it is significant that I do not know how they got my credit card number. Nor are ANY of my emails coming up as a valid emusic subscriber address.
