Deceitful and uncooperative

Saw the ad on TV. Have always been leary of these but decided to go to: www.buywonderfile.com to purchase a wonderfile. I placed the order for ONE wonderfile $19.99 with shipping/handling to be $6.99. I specifically said no to another/second site and just pay shipping/handling. Since I had never ordered this before, I did not want to order two in case I did not like. MY FIRST TIP OFF SHOULD HAVE BEEN: There was no confirmation of the total amount prior to going ahead and after giving my credit card number. I stupidly did so. The total was 6.99 X2 so they obviously added a second one despite the fact that I only ordered one. I emailed back and forth and failed to get a satisfactory reply. I then did more research on line to learn many others have been taken by this HOAX. Please see:. I wish I would have seen before I ordered. I CANCELLED MY ORDER and called my credit card company to hold payment and put this under dispute. Two days later, surprise, surprise, they mailed me TWO wonderfiles; failed to respond to my cancellation email. I have no intentions of keeping these; I will not pay; I will not pay out of my pocket to return to them. Will see how this goes. I have also appraised my state;s attorney general; the federal consumer fraud unit; BBB and all my local TV channels who investigate frauds. Stay away from these liars and deceivers.
