This company definitely uses deceitful practices. I ordered over the phone - it was completely automated - no human at any time, even when I wanted to confirm my order. There was no confirmation number, no total dollar amount, no total for the number of cans I ordered. I was never provided a summary of my order and was never given the chance to edit it. When the order arrived, instead of the two jumbo cans I ordered for about $40-$50, I received six cans and $150.00 was charged to my credit card.

I was constantly bombarded with offers to purchase other products, still waiting to hear a summary of the items I ordered. That never happened. I was placing this order during my lunch time and using my cell phone minutes. After 20 minutes of constant offers and no summary, I finally hung up thinking that my order never completed. Two days later, a human did call me, not to say thank you for the order or to confirm the total, but to ask me if I wanted to purchase something else - like a cruise. I said NO, and started to ask about my order, but the person hung up.

The order arrived, but with six cans instead of only the two I thought I had ordered. I called the company and was told they would accept my return but that they would not return the $30 shipping/handling fee even though the order was incorrect.

When I mentioned usacomplaints.com, they agreed to refund my full amount of $150. That did not occur. I returned all six cans, but was only credited $120. I never got to try the product and never will because I will NEVER order anything from this company again.
