Classmates.com is a social networking site that hooks you up with former classmates. If you sign up for one year, the membership automatically renews. You have to read the fine print, there is no warning that they are about to charge your card again for this service.
Classmates.com is NOT worth the price. It is very unsophisticated and reaches a very limited audience. I did this once thinking it would be fun. It was boring. There are only a few hundred people on it. Little wonder since Facebook is free and everyone in the free world is on it.
I tried to recoup a portion of my money ($39.00 per year). They would not even discuss it. Do not use this service. They stink.
