Classmates ripoff, not able to cancel or get refund

I have tried twice to cancel my membership with classmates.
They have failed twice to answer my request and continue to automatically withdrawal their fee from my account.

They refuse to refund the money but have offered me a full membership for half price. When you don't get what you want, that's not a service.

My advice—don't go to classmates.com. Find some other way to contact friends.
