Leapin Lizards Trading Company, Took my money and ran no response to emails

I purchased some graphics from PenneyLayne.com on July 15th and paid using PayPal.

Two weeks went by and nothing. I emailed PenneyLayne asking where were my graphics. I received an email back the next day from Ryan, he said he had no idea he would check with the graphics person about it. The last email said oh it probably went into your spam folder.

It didn't go into my spam folder because I check it religiously several times a day.

I waited a couple of more weeks - and nothing. I emailed PenneyLayne again, no response. I spent the next week email PenneyLayne every day. No response.

So I filed a dispute with PayPal. PenneyLayne never responded to my dispute so I escalated it. The next thing I know PayPal has closed my dispute because PenneyLayne told them they couldn't go after her because the purchase was for electronic goods.

That remark peaked my interest, kind of an odd response when someone you took money from says they did not get what they paid for. So I began to do some research and low and behold I find numerous people have had the same problem with PenneyLayne. Laura Maness Brown, the owner, takes their money and they never hear from her again, just like what happened to me!

Now I am out my money and do not have what I paid for and Laura Maness Brown won't respond to my emails, refund my money or send me my graphics.
