SwipesBid.com
Equested refund for erroneous advertising

Internet & Web

I was under the impression that I would be billed. 53 everytime I bidded, not that you were going to charge me $159 upfront and I have to use it up bidding. Also, the terms and conditions were no where on the order form explaining their services, please see website http://www.swipebids.com/registration_pg2.php. I feel their company has falsely joined me into your organization and they are requiring me to participate in their bid auction, even though I have adviced customer service, Lauren/Maribellle #230 that I do not want to participate, and the customer service repr. Stated that they will only allowing a refund if I use up my $159 and do not win a bid. I have made it clear that I do not want to participate with their company. Especially, because it seems fraudulent, by them making people participate and not wanting to refund their money after I have explicitedly advised them that I do not want to have anything to do with their company. I am reporting this organization for unethnical business practices. I am asking for a full refund of $159 to my credit card and they are refusing to refund unless I use their services and do not win a bid. I do not want anything to do with this company. I feel they falsely advertise and do not make their site clear and understandable to their terms and conditions, nor do they direct you to were to find their terms and conditions.
