Joe No refund for UN-opened package

Health & Medicine

I ordered some Eleotin for my sister which cost me over $250. She did not open any of the containers. She ask her doctor if she could take it with all of her other meds... And her doctor said NO!

I email Joe of Healthways.net and ask what I needed to do to obtain a refund (address of where to mail the package back, etc) He emailed me back and said... Sorry NO refunds... And this is a quote from his email:

"When you placed the order you agreed to our terms and conditions which are clearly placed on the Web Site.
The refund Policy being one of those terms and Conditions.
No where is it stated that refunds will be made for any other reasons
Than stated. You have nothing to complain about. The refund policy
Is very clear and to the point
We will not resale any product once it leaves our office.
We are allowed to set our terms and conditions.
It is up to you to decide to accept or decline these terms and conditions
Before the sale Not after the sale.
This is true for me and anyone who makes a purchase of anything.
It is a shame in my mind I know we could have helped both of you
As you can tell This is no form Letter.
I still wish you the best JOE"...

And from his other email:
"I suggest you consider the Following

Get another Doctor for you Sister

Take the Eleotin yourself Don't become a Diabetic Yourself"
