Bad customer service / customer service reps r giving customers what they want them to have in order to make more commisions to their salary. They r not honering the customers wished and they have had me on hold now 4 at least 20 mins. I almost feel like they know it's me on the line the recording sais that i would be waiting 4 2 mins and it's been 20.. I keep asking too speak with a manager and keep getting the run around why is the customer always getting a bad rap when it comes to at&t... Ur always n the wrong and as much as they say they r going to help me the situation seems 2 b getting worse...
