Credit Card Rip-OFF Unauthorized use of Credit Card

I ordered an AOL Planner last year This year without notification AOL went into my account and helped themselves to 35.37 (2x) for two planners I did not order and did not want.

I was unaware these planners were even coming or that the money was even taken out of my account. They apologized, but would not let me talk to a supervisor and stated they were receiving too many calls (like mine) to stay on the phone with me. How dare they go into my personal account, without notification and take money that doesn't belong to them.

I've spoken to four different people that give me four different excuses on why and how this was done! To make matters worse, they will give me my money back, they just don't know when!!
