Cheating, Lying, Piece of Crap "business"

I was looking around on the internet for a background check on my boyfriend for his job when I found intelligent investigations which seemed to be a legit service. I entered in my information and was expecting a full $24.95 background report on him in 24 hours as promised.instead I got 5 "customer service report forms" that told me they needed more information, and the money automatically drafted out of my account. At first I sent them more, but got the same message in return. I then asked for my money back in the same form, but only recieved the same message. I then called them and only got a recording who didn't allow me to leave a message. I'm filing a report against them. Does anyone know how to help?
