I'm so glad I searched for this United States Legal Investigations Bureau after the phone message I rec'd!?

I'm really glad I googled this US Legal Investigations Bureau online because when I listened to my voicemail I felt very threatened. The guy said his name was Officer James Wilson with the US Legal Investigations Bureau and he told me he has a "class" action lawsuit against me for internet fraud. He also repeated my full name, address, and the last 4 digits of my SS #. He told me had until the end of day to call him before the end of the day or he would move forward with criminal charges against me. All of this on my voicemail!

He even stated a cases file # or some kind of #. He ended his message with it would be in my best interest to return the call and then "have a blessed day." He had a strong accent that I could barely understand but there was also other background noise like other phone operators in the background.

I'm so glad I did a search and found these related and eerily similar articles/complaints posted. And no, I did not return the call. Oh yeah, he called my cell phone and left a message the other day but I could barely hear him because of the connection. How do they get all of that info?
