Deceptive ebay listings

BEWARE OF Shukmarts on ebay! This man is in Hong Kong and lists various electronic devices for your computer. His listings are NOT true to what he sends you. He is commiting fraud and ripping people off. I purchased what was suppose to be a 16gb 2.0 flsh drive... Well what I got was a 2gb flash drive... Not what was described in his listing and forget about trying to contact him about it all he will tell you that can't be and he will offer you $5 refund to keep it or tell you to send it back at your expense for a full refund or a replacement... So you get screwed either way. Ebay and paypal buyer protection sucks in these cases as they are international and they will not cover what they say is a defective item... It is not defective it is not as described. Which is commiting fraud. Stay away from Shukmarts he will rip you off. Thankfully I only lost around $16USD but still it really pisses me off that I can not get any help from ebay or paypal... And this was bought for my daughter who needed it for her senior project at school which if she did not complete she would not graduate. So I had to purchase another flash drive and spent another $20... Ebay and paypal really need to start protecting all sales... State side and international... Will be he last time I buy from any place overseas. Thanks for hearing my rant.
