Account cancellation runaround

I've been attempting to shut my consideration for nearly per month today. I delivered the equipment back, but every time I contact, I'm informed the consideration termination is on-hold pending bill of the gear. I've had many people verify using the factory the gear continues to be delivered plus they allegedly notated my account stating therefore, but every time, Iam informed that I've to speak with account providers and they'll stop the consideration. I've spoken to bill providers plus they assured me it had been ultimately looked after. I called back today and was informed, again, the gear hadnot been obtained which I'd have to speak with bill providers (and they are not back until Friday). Our next payment day is arising, therefore we will notice when they have the ability to pull this out till they are able to bill me again (I had been, obviously, guaranteed this could not occur). Our lender claims my only option to avoid this really is to stop my bank card! I therefore desired to like Obvious, and did till I attempted to stop (my reason behind eliminating needed to do with reduced net rates).
