Michael Wilson sent me an email offering an opportunity to access 1 billion email addresses. I paid the $255 from my paypal account to Plimus but never received access to the website, even though he gave me te login informaton.
I have no phone # to contact and he has never answered my emails except once but never gave me the website information.
