Rude customer service

I visited Stubhub to buy tickets to some College of Ky school baseball game. The vendor explained the tickets as "scholar seats" that we thought intended these were within the pupil area but were the type of frequently offered towards the public once the pupils do not utilize all their alotment. It was within the Holiday holiday interval. I've seated within the "pupil area" at several locations and not needed a specific identification. I required low-pupil relatives and pals to sport within the pupil area after I was in university plus they never required an identification. After I got the seats, the tickets mentioned that you need to possess a student identification to make use of them. There is no caution that you simply would want an identification within the vendors remarks or by Stubhub. After I named customer support these were really rude and essentially stated they didn't experience any responsibility to reveal the truth that the customer would want students identification to make use of the seats.
