Tickets scam, poor customer service

Do not ACTUALLY use Stubhub for-anything! They're thieves! I purchased courtside seats to determine the Knicks perform the Bulls in the Backyard. After I got to Will-Call, the solution broker stated the tix weren't there and also to visit their Timessquare area (1440 Broadway). After I got there, work was shut early (due to the Christmas vacation). Somebody left a note on my voicemail stating they decreased the seats down in the Marriot. After I got towards the Marriot, the leading desk stated no body slipped off any seats. I named customer support where I spoke to some d bag called "Seth" that proceeded to pitch me about how they're not accountable for me not "buying up the seats in a reasonable way". After I mentioned there have been no seats to get, he explained, "We'd your seats however, you required too much time to obtain them." He declined to matter a reimbursement declaring "If we create an exclusion for you personally, we've to create an exclusion for everybody else." Main point here, somebody got my courtside seats and loved the overall game on my cent ($233).
