StubHub customer service - Hockey tickets

I ordered four tickets to a hockey game of which two of the tickets were directly behind the players bench, six inches from the glass, with the view completely obstructed by a row of about 50 hockey sticks standing up. We had to get up, leave the other two people in our party, and finds seats in an upper level. When I complained to StubHub they said those tickets are not deemed to have an obstructed view. I told them I couldn't see the event, that, in my opinion, is a very obstructed view. StubHub were completely dismissive and stated they are just a middle man. Horrible experience, terrible customer service.
