ICM Scam artists. They refuse to refund. I called and e-mailed and the did not refund. First they said all set but charged showed up anyway, then refused everyother call

My complaint is similar to all others. They trick you to get you on the site and then refuse e-mail cancellations and avoid the phone cancelations. When I did reach them by phone the agent said I was cancelled and all set, but then I was still billed the 2.97 and the 139.95 on my credit card. The second time I called the guy said I was cancelled but would not credit back the money set and hung up on me. These people are preying on people and stealing our money. I called numerous times and was treated rude and with no resolve.
What an intentional scam. It makes me sick to think of how many people they have ripped off.
