I was using Consumer Direct site for a trial basis to try to find out what my credit report says about me. They had 3 credit bureaus to do all for free for 30 days. But they said for 7 days. And I wrote to them wanting to cancel before the trial was over... And they said I didnt. Well they took about $50.00 from my credit card and made me go in the whole... I didnt authorize them to take the money out of my card. I did authorize them to cancel the trial with them cause I didnt need it anymore. They ripped me off. And I went to my credit card place where I do business and they did an investigation for me but didnt come up with anything. And it took them 2 months to do it. So I am hoping I will get my money back and they get whats coming to them or ripping off innocent people.
