XYZ Warehouse Charged unauthoized charges to my credit card

We ordered the kit they offer to see what the company is like, jobs, etc. It stated that we would be ONLY charged $2.97 for shipping. And that there is a free trial period after you receive the kit, then after the free trial, if you decided to do the job you would be charged $139.95 if you decided to do the job.
If you decided no, then you would NOT be charged anything. Going further we came to a page asking us for our SS#'s, banking information, etc. We stopped immediatly! And tried to take out all the info we gave. Well of course to get the kit you needed to give a credit card number for the $2.97 and thats it.
We immediatly cancelled our card. Checking with the bank I find they took out $139.95 in our account (without any consent) or authorization from us. They also charged us. 99 cents for what I really don't know. Now I have to through all kinds of crap to straighten things out!
