Whatever Computes is a website hosting company - operating in Regina/Saskatoon Canada. I paid for services for my website by giving them my credit card number. They made fictitious charges (almost $1000 worth) to my credit card and when I asked them to credit my credit card back, they refused, but offered the overcharge amount as prepaid services instead - no exceptions. I am now stuck with 5 years of their service for a small business that can't afford to prepay any expenses 5 years ahead of time. It is not their policy to return any overpayment even though they created it. Nice. If you are a customer of Whatever Computes, watch your credit card charges very closely and deal with the overcharges immediately. Don't wait for them to address it because they will stall until it's too late.
