Setup a bogus account and billed my credit card 11.99 for service. I never even heard of them until I got my credit card statement

Somehow found my credit card number and charged my card 11.99, then refused to credit my card because I didn't have login details. I filed a complaint with the credit card company. Watch for charges showing up on your credit card statements. I never heard of these guys before checking the statement!
