ICM Somehow this company obtained my credit card info and used it to initiate a transaction I did not approve

The first time I dealt with ICM was when I noticed the two charges ($2.97 & $139.95) on my personal credit card. Had I initiated this transaction I would have done it under my small business credit card. I located the phone number and called the company. When I inquired about the charges they said that I had gone beyond the 3-day trial period for their product and the higher charge was automatic as indicated in their e-mail response to my sign-up. I had no recollection of dealing with this company. Having been ripped off several times in trying to develop a home business, I had become very weary of any deal which required me to cancel by a given date. If I ever get involved in this type of situation, I mark my calendar at least a week before the cut-off deadline for cancellation in order to avoid this situation. As well, my experience had taught me that 3 days would be a ridiculous amount of time to test any method of money-making. I keep exhaustive records of all my business dealings and I have no records of any dealings with this company. I can only conclude that they obtained my personal credit card info in some illegal manner and attempted to charge me for something I did not authorize hoping that I would not recognize it in the middle of many charge items. I would demand a complete refund of both charges.
