E3 servers Auto Renewing Scam

This company is a complete JOKE! I'm a business owner myself and would never report anyone like this without due cause. I setup a hosting account with them at e3servers.com in December for some business related hosting space. We sparingly used the account through at which time we began closing the few hosting accounts we had. The renewal emails stopped showing up around this time for e3 and they slipped through our radar, therefore they were not canceled, although we stopped using them at this point.
Fast forward to 2009 and we realize e3 charges were continually hitting our card and were unsure who they were. After research we realized we had screwed up and they had been billing us all this time. I did not request anything from them at this point, other than to close the account. This was submitted through their ticket support on September 11. I figured we'd be paid through September and possibly October, assuming they want 30 days to cancel (I later find out they only need 4 days to cancel).
Credit card statements start to roll in and every month, just like the sunrise, e3 internet services group shows up on our statement. Every month we go through the hassle of disputing it because they will not reply to my support ticket and there is zero contact information for the company on their website. Even their monthly emails they send showing they've billed us are sent by First Data Corporation emails (gateway@linkpt.net), so you can't reply to the billing emails.
I have given these guys every chance to fix their auto-renewal crap they have me setup on, but they fail to give me any type of correspondence. I've spent time on their site today and tried to visit their FORUMS but it takes me to http://forums. E3servers.com which is nothing but sponsored ads where they try to make money. Makes me wonder if the company even exists anymore.
So here I am, telling everyone that if they want to prevent a HUGE headache, STAY AWAY FROM E3SERVERS.com, E3 INTERNET SERVICES GROUP, INC., or any other affiliate of theirs.
