Web Hosting Buzz at www.webhostingbuzz.com does not pay Affiliates, and refuses to reply to Support Tickets regarding this Issue

I signed up for an Affiliate account with Web Hosting Buzz at www.webhostingbuzz.com, for each referral I am to receive 20% of the purchase.

So I gave my referral link to an associate in an email and he used it to purchase a hosting account and guess what? I never received any earnings in my affiliate account, nothing happened.

I contacted customer support about this and they never replied, although their tech support has always been very quick, just a day or two. I opened up another ticket and sent another email... And still nothing.

After a third email, the owner of this small company, Safvan Malik, replied that I should click my "Pending Commisions". So I did. And there were none.

Then it took another 6 more emails, 2 more months, and a threat on Live Support to contact the BBB, to get any reply from them. And it was the owner again, who title his email "No Sales No Commisions" and said told me that no earnings were showing on my account and they changed systems and were using Commision Junction now so I should contact them.

I told the owner that I was never notified of any system change to the affiliate program and I realize that no earnings were showing up and that is why I have been trying to get this issue resolved for the past 3 months but my emails and tickets have been ignored. And I also sent him (Safvan) and carbon copied to affiliate support, the date of the purchase, the link used, and a statement from my associate that he did indeed use my referral link to purchase his hosting account and request that I get paid for it.

Ignored. No furthur replies. Last email/ticket I sent I threatened to contact the BBB, and that's all, I don't know what else to do. So frustrating!
