Uncontactable, Suspended Services, Refunded Double Billing Mistake and lost money

Being a customer of Defcon Networks for the last 16 months, I have always been the one to stand up for them, however lately they have turned into the laughing stock of all Hosting Companies.

I have services up to the amount of USD$800 per annum.
Last week I got double billed accidently for the third time in the last few months. Within the hour I notified them to cancel the payment as I was not in arrears and did not authorise payment. When they made the transaction it converted to AUD$75.06 Australian Dollars, when they refunded it days later as it was their mistake and they were "Still getting used to the new billing system" after 3 months, I got AUD$70.00 back, making me $5.06 Australian Dollars out of pocket.
I have tried to get onto the company but they have suspended my account with them, wont answer the telephone number as exactly described in http://usacomplaints.com/reports/0/412/RipOff0412477.htm.

Only a few days ago did I ask for them to change my name servers as I was changing web hosting companies, and they still have not changed it - Even though I have paid for the domain up till September. I had put in a request the same day to cancel my other 2 gaming servers with them at the end of the billing cycle, which is end of the month.

I am now AUD$5.06 out of pocket, don't have a website functioning, nor have a voice and game server working as well as my community getting a bad reputation for not having the services we offer. Not to mention that my emails are down! They will not answer phone calls or emails. ALso emails to support@defconservers.com get bounced back.
