American Broadband BEWARE! Maintenance man steals from your house! Price gouging internet monitoring monopoly!

Holway Telephone Company AKA American Broadband AKA NW Communications AKA NWMO.net will steal more that just what you are asked to pay on your bill! The inside wire maintenance man PAUL SANDERS has been known to just "walk in" and take things that do not belong to him. I can't understand why, because they seem to be making enough money at Holway Telephone Company. The company only serves a few SMALL (approx. 3-400 people) towns, providing cable, internet, and home phone service. However, Holways profits are skyrocketing as they remodel their offices and gouge customers prices because there are no other options in the area for Cable, internet, or home phone service. Don't dare give them your credit card info! They will automatically bill it instead of letting you come in and pay your bill! Avoid Holway Telephone Company's services at ALL COSTS! They charge you three times the market average for comparable internet, telephone, and cable services just because there is no one else who provides it! Then, when Holway's sub par internet or telephone service is not working, they do not operate within the parameters of the law on dispatching their ONLY technition (Paul Sanders). It could be over a week to fix something that is their own fault. Then they will say it is on the inside of your home so that they can charge you inside wire maintenance fees. Even though they tell your neighbor that it was the towers at fault on the same occasion! If there are any other options for internet, cable, or home phone service EVER in the service are of Holway Telephone Company my advice is to explore them and DON'T get ripped off or stolen from Holway!
