Fernando escapita no refund policy, rip off, claims to fix problem but mysteriously found more to add up the bill

Commputek is a one man operation ran by Fernando Escapita. He claims that he has the best equipment and software for the lowest price. How it works is that you provide him with your concern and problems. He will clean your desk top icons and add his website as your homepage. It work for two-three days and the problems re-occurs. He claims it due to your old software or your recent downloads. Your 1st payment goes toward a new super duper firewall commputek proof with virus protection & a maintenance program. Ask for a refund after several attemts to fix the problem to no avail. I'm still waiting for my refund. Commputek claims that the extra work trying to find a solution we should be even because he did not charge me for those long hours removing & uploading new software. He didn't even vacuum the dust from the tower after having it for 2 weeks. What a JOKE!!
