Beware of incompetent People that work for this company

I had purchased this Medical Billing Software back in October for $4,000.00 It has been one nightmare after another with this company. 1st they do not know how to set up providers correctly (which they charge you $50.00 to 85.00) to do electronic billing and if you call in and have a question they have to set you up with an appointment for someone to call you back (which is usually five hours later) they do not notify you of glitches in their software example submitted claims as accept assignment and when they transmitted claims it flipped it to no so monies went to patients was not told what happened until I questioned it and then hear oh by the way we had a glitch. You will receive reports stating that your claims have been accepted by the payor but when you call the insurance company to check on claims they have no record. Example again DME company they had me fill out EDI forms forms for Medicare Part B which they should have been CEDI forms I receive a report stating that it was accepted by the payor how can this be when the company was not even set up correctly to submit government claims... Hmmmm makes your wonder huh? I have now had to go with a different software company to guarantee my claims are going through and will be paid. If you want to loose clients go with this software if you want a medical software that works correctly run from MPM Software because all they want is your money and don't want to provide service
