Two thirds of all my extensive files and folders were lost

I moved my residence on February 5. On February 1st and 4th I met with Mr. Andrew Scott of NiteLitePC. The purpose of the meetings were that he was to disassemble, clean, back up the data on my computers, upgrade them, capture all files and information for re-installation in the upgrade to Windows 7 supplying me with a current backup of all my information. He would then return them to me at my new residence and assist with setting up my system once again.

Mr. Scott returned my computers and system on Friday February 12. My complaint is as Follows;
Two thirds of all my extensive files and folders were lost.
All correspondence from August 23 and February 12 were lost.
All addresses and phone numbers I had entered in my address book were lost between the above dates.

Mr. Scott had an associate call and access remotely my system over the weekend of February 13/14 to correct the problem. He installed recovered records which dated prior to August 23, these completely swamped my system with useless information all of which was obsolete.information which was never included was installed on my address file, for instance all addresses and contact information for the complete U.S. Congress and Senate members.

There were also many programming problems, to the extent that in order to have any utilization of my computer, I had to hire an outside consultant access my system remotely and re-do much of the programming.

Prior to the last action, I had the consultant Mr. Kevin Borutski speak by phone with Mr. Scott in an effort to resolve the problems, without success.

I have extensive International business interests which have been damaged by this incident. There are many files which are not recoverable and the amount of damage is still unknown. I also feel very aggrieved and troubled by this whole affair.

February 6th I paid NiteLitePC $450.40 by PayPal.
NiteLitepC claims to have insurance, I have not been able to find out with which company so I can at least file a claim. They ignore me altogether.
