Ripped me off

Had a computer consultant named Kevin trouble shoot my computer remotely only to have him screw it all up. He basically installed a software program that he thought would clean my computer system, but instead it downloaded a virus. All my files were completely gone and he could not even fix the problem. He tried doing a system restore which did not help, he tried to trouble shoot it for at least 5 hours and that did not help and he basically said he could not fix the problem and just left my computer the worst than it was. Stay away from this place as it does not have professional IT people working for them that know what they are doing. They will only mess up your computer or install a virus and wipe your system out just like Kevin did to mine...
