Very unpleasant experience

After just approximately 2 weeks our Hardware wireless stay shattered (a line kept it onto the interior) and we required warrenty repair. Were informed from the woman in the call-center that it had beennot under warrenty (she could not begin to see the system within the telephone!). All she was designed to do was deliver us an envelope to email towards the warrenty division (this is the coaching about the warrenty card). Anyhow, we discovered then should you choosenot deliver this "cover back within 15 times they ask you for $150. That isn't about the warrenty data! Anyhow, they created their thoughts on the telephone the warrenty would not utilize as well as if we send the unit in we are charged $299 for a different one. To create it worse, the brand new you can be produced with applied components. We've 1 1/2 years togo after which we shall discover another organization ideally that cares about retaining clients. It's not been pleasent. Meanwhile we're with no pc and that I am in a public libuary while spending $60-days per month for that wireless online sites.
